Hänsel

1980 gray – Bred by Gerhard Schickedanz. Hänsel has also demonstrated great versatility as a performance horse. In 1985 he finished 4th in AHSA Zone 8 as a First-Year Green Hunter. The following year he finished 4th for the year in AHSA Zone 8 in Training Level Dressage while continuing to compete successfully in Second-Year Green and Amateur-Owner Hunters. Then in 1989 he was Reserve Champion at Training Level Eventing for the American Trakehner Association. Hänsel continued to compete successfully through Prelimary eventing and Third Level dressage.

His offspring have also exhibited his diverse talents, most ridden by amateur owners.
